It's a chain so I knew the tea would be good. This location was really cute but it was SO HOT inside. I was very uncomfortable while waiting. It was hotter than it was outdoors

Kung fu good drinks to chill out and enjoy on a hot summer day. Even better with their BOGO deal for a limited time. They also sell cute key chains and charms. My daughter loves them and told me to rate them a 5 because of it. so they're a 5 .

Mango Green Tea w/ tapioca pearls and mango jelly. Really nice atmosphere and decor, more so than their rockville location. My tea was great although the tapioca pearls (bubbles were a bit too chewy). Everything else was great, glad to see more than one location has opened.

Found this place while we were going for a walk around rio lakefront. The number of flavors/types available was quite extensive/unique and loved the small cozy atmosphere. We had taro bubble milk tea and kung fu bubble tea. Flavors were good, especially the taro. Prices were very reasonable but more importantly loved the quick service. Would definitely visit again.

I’ve had the tea before so I knew it would be delicious and it was! My only complaint is that it took awhile to prepare it and there didn’t seem to be a reason for the delay. I’d still recommend it but just expect to wait a hot second for it.

Our server Mr. John was very great. Even when my card declined, he was nice enough to use his own money to pay for my drink. Tables were prestinctly clear and very sparkling because John wiped it down. Very very good employee please give him a raise. If you ever see him here please give him a big tip for me my card declined so I couldnt tip him. He is the type of person to give 100 bubble teas to the homeless and not make me pay for them. Even when we were playing a game and he was our replacement mock fake player he won even though he was working hard. he was working hard and not hardly working for sure.

This is my go to location for KFT although there's another location closer to me. The RIO location is easy to access as there's garage parking and plenty of curb sidewalk space. This location is a bit busy cause of all the folks going to RIO. But they're pretty quick at mixing the drinks. I like that you can adjust ice and sugar levels cause I generally get mine with the lowest amount of sugar added. I do get different things each visit so not sure how that factors in comparing to other reviews saying they're inconsistent. But I've always enjoyed my drinks from this KFT location.
